The Murmurations and Moonshots Collection came to life because I love birds. I’m not a dedicated birdwatcher or anything, I just love watching birds in flight. A flock of pigeons on the sidewalk, a murmuration of starlings wheeling over a field, a line of pelicans at the beach - if birds are in the sky, I’m fascinated. These pieces are an attempt at catching a frozen moment of that magical movement.
